Michael - Miss You - He’s kinda cheesy on the stage..but good vocal. Has a huge range! He’s got the energy and the chops! He definitely is charming.

Didi - Play With Fire - Pretty solid vocal. Nice power, and control.

Casey - It’s All Over Now - I tried..I don’t like him..really! Never have!!!! Thank god it’s over now!

Laci - Ruby Tuesday - It’s a flat performance..where’s the feeling. I’m not enjoying this.

Andrew - Gimme Shelter - Might not have been the right song for him. I’m getting more and more disappointed with his every week. One of my early favs, but has fallen down the pile.

Katie - Wild Horses - Start off being off pitch..not a good way to start.

Tim - Under My Thumb - (cut your hair) Took the song in a Michael Buble meets John Mayer version. I don’t like it. He’s pitchy as well!

Siobhan - Paint It Black - Interesting arrangement. I kind of liked it..She’s versatile!!! She’s got the theater in her!

Lee - Beast of Burden - Solid..but not flashy or exciting!

Paige - Honky Tonk Woman - She shouldn’t have made it past last week by the way. No No No No No No!

Aaron - Angie - Nice slow. Solid. Judges love him!

Crystal - You Can’t Always Get What You Want - Goosebumps!! This is how it’s done! Fantastic!!!!!!!

Bottom 3?? Paige, Casey, Laci..Paige goes home.

Weekend comes, and the weather get lousy. But it’s not snowing.

Guys night..and can someone tell me why they do the show at 9pm..how can the kids watch..which is what they want!! They are the ones that actually vote!

Lee - Fireflies - struggling a bit for pitch, but very contemporary. Has a nice voice. He’s ok.

Alex - Trouble - This isn’t my favorite..he has a very odd voice. Didn’t suit this song at all. It’s kind of annoying actually. (cut the mullet)

Tim - Hallelujah - This song is played out, but he’s doing a good job..not a fan of his hair.

Andrew - Genie in a Bottle - Kind of disappointed this week. Not his best at all. Eh!

Casey - You’ll Think Of Me - I’m not a fan so I could be kind of biased. Weird vibrato in his voice. Nope for me!

Aaron - I’m Already There - Off to a bad start. Got it going. I really think he’s still very green. He’s got a great career ahead of him. Good end.

Todrick - Somebody to Love - There’s no feeling behind it. Flat performance. The middle was a mess. He should have gone home last week.

Michael - This Woman’s Work - Don’t falsetto! He’s the guy to beat. Besides the falsetto, he was great. He made Kara cry!

One thing i’ll say is that they idols are singing songs that aren’t tried and true all the time. Nice to see that they are picking some songs that aren’t beaten into the ground.

So in a perfect world. Crystal and Michael will be final 2.

Katie - Breakaway - Now Now..we discussed this the other week. DO NOT SING OTHER IDOLS SONGS!!!! Pitchy. Blah. You are not Kelly Clarkson!

Shibhon - House of the Rising Sun - Very interesting. She did a fine job. nice power..controlled..weird arrangement actually. Simon didn’t like it…he was underimpressed. It’s a bit harsh..from what we’ve heard this year..that was great!

Laci - The Story - not really impressed..Simon’s going to say it was boring. I don’t think that was the right song for her. Wow..he didn’t.

Katelyn - I Feel the Earth Move - It lacks some grit! It’s flat. Pleasent enough. Eh

Didi - Rihannon - Kind of another flat performance..but she’s solid vocally.

Paige - Smile - She sounds nervous. Another young one that isn’t quite ready. Kind of not liking this.

Crystal - Give Me One Reason - Love her..loved this…simon said it..this is yours to lose!

Lily - I Fall To Pieces - Oh i didn’t really like that. Kind of a mess! And what’s with the tiny guitar???

Paige going home.. Crystal the best…the rest..eh!

The show kicked off with the Top 20 contestants singing ”I Got a Feeling” by the Black Eyed Peas. After the group performance, it was elminiation time. Ryan Seacrest started with the guys. Between Toddrick Hall and John Park, Park was sent home. Jermaine Sellers was the next to leave from the guys on AI. Following Danny Gokey’s performance of his new country single, the girls received their results. Despite the positive feedback, Michelle Delamor was surprisingly sent home over Didi Benami. It was also the end of the line for Haeley Vaughn who sang an emotional final song.

No big surprises, Thankfully Haeley went home. She needs more work, and could be very good in the future!
